Adjuvo Labour Solutions was formed in 2015 in response to demand from our client base to provide them with an alternative to the run of the mill recruitment agencies serving the industry.
Utilising our industry leading in house Lantra Approved training centre (Highway Safety Solutions) to provide the training and development of our staff, we designed & released the UK's first ever apprenticeship scheme for the traffic management industry early in 2016 as an alternative to the way temporary labour supply had historically been delivered to the industry,
We followed that up with a 13 week Traineeship program designed to provide a structured pathway for young people aged 18 to 24 to gain qualifications and experience in the industry, and put them at the front of the queue for work placements on the apprenticeship scheme.
Since then we have expanded this section of the group to include a full range of labour supply services and we now proudly offer a labour support service to a wide range of industries, that we believe is second to none.
