TM Traineeship® Graduation Success — 42 Secure Permanent Roles
Adjuvo Group is celebrating the graduation of 51 TM Traineeship® learners, who have completed their six month programme across five clients and seven depots nationwide.
Of those graduates, 42 have already moved into permanent roles — more than 82% of the graduating group. It is a significant milestone for the learners, the teams who supported them and the clients who invested in their development.
Six months of learning, experience and progression
The TM Traineeship® brings together nationally recognised industry training, structured practical development and genuine workplace experience.
Over six months, these learners developed their skills alongside established Traffic Management teams, gaining first-hand experience of the work, its responsibilities and the standards expected on site.
The core programme combines the Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course, Gateperson/Airlock training, NHSS 12D T1/T2 training, the M1/M2 qualification pathway and NRSWA Signing, Lighting & Guarding Unit 01. Safety Critical Medicals, Drug & Alcohol screening and PPE form part of the programme’s preparation for work.
Alongside formal training, learners built practical capability through the Adjuvo Capability Framework, with demonstration, practice and coaching supporting their progress. Regular reviews brought together feedback from learners, placement providers and the Adjuvo Training team.
Completing the programme required sustained commitment: attending training, developing practical skills, working safely within a team and applying what they had learned in real working environments.
From learners to permanent team members
For the 42 graduates who have moved into permanent roles, graduation marks the start of a new chapter.
They enter those roles with six months of experience within their placement business, familiarity with its working practices and relationships already established with their colleagues.
That gives them a strong foundation for their next stage of development. They have built industry knowledge and practical experience, demonstrated their suitability and secured an opportunity to continue their careers in Traffic Management.
All 51 graduates can take pride in completing the programme. Their achievement recognises the work they have put into their training and development, and gives them a foundation on which to build.
Lasting value for our clients
For the five participating clients, the programme has turned an existing labour requirement into an opportunity to develop their future workforce.
Across seven depots, their teams have helped learners put training into practice, understand local procedures and develop within day-to-day operations. Clients have also had the opportunity to observe each learner’s progress over six months before deciding whether permanent employment was right for both parties.
The 42 permanent appointments demonstrate the value of that approach. Clients are welcoming people into their permanent teams who already know the business, have worked alongside their colleagues and have developed through a structured programme.
Successful graduates can transfer into permanent employment with their placement provider with no recruitment or transfer fee payable to Adjuvo. This allows clients to retain the people they have helped develop and carry that experience forward within their own workforce.
A shared achievement
Delivering this outcome across five clients and seven depots has taken a collective effort.
We thank our client partners, depot teams, supervisors and experienced operatives for the guidance and support they have given these learners. Their contribution is essential to turning training into practical workplace capability.
We also recognise the work of the Adjuvo recruitment, training and programme support teams in helping learners progress from their first steps in the industry through to graduation.
