QUALIFIED 12D TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OPERATIVES WANTED

West Midlands | M2, M3 or M5 Qualified

Adjuvo Group is recruiting qualified NHSS 12D Traffic Management Operatives for work across the West Midlands.

About the work

You’ll work as part of a Traffic Management team, helping to install, maintain and remove temporary traffic management arrangements so roadworks can take place safely.

Depending on your qualifications and the assignment, duties may include:

• Setting out and removing signs, cones and barriers
• Installing, checking and operating temporary traffic signals within your qualification scope
• Maintaining safe routes for road users and pedestrians
• Checking traffic management arrangements and reporting issues
• Following site instructions and working safely alongside your team

The role involves outdoor, physical work. Hours, locations and shift requirements will depend on the assignment.

What you’ll need

A valid NHSS 12D M2, M3 or M5 qualification
A full driving licence and your own transport
A reliable approach, good teamwork and a commitment to safety
The ability to travel to work locations across the West Midlands
